Shipping, Delivery and Return Policy

At Brandi Vvici excellent customer service is highly important to us. We ensure that all enquiries are handled within 48 hours. We ship all of our products worldwide. 

 

We are unable to offer returns on our items, due to cause of cosmetic product, for health and safety reasons. 

 

However, if item is faulty, we are able to further assist you, please email us a photo of your faulty items to info@brandivvici.com so we can assist in replacing your item, within 10 days from the order date.

* For all UK shipping we offer a First class signed for, which takes 1-3 working days.

**For International shipping we offer a Tracked and Signed for, which takes 5-7 working days but does not include weekends or Bank Holidays. Therefore, if you order on a Thursday, you probably will not receive the goods until Tuesday or Wednesday the following week – this is out of our control.

We currently use Royal Mail for all deliveries.
